Our guest this week is Helen Taylor. Helen is a 52 year old Crossfit L1 coach, a 2019 and 2020 CrossFit Age Group Online Qualifier, a 4th degree Black Belt, a nutrition specialist, a cyclist, and a marathoner. Helen’s fitness journey started 30 years ago, when she began running. She eventually found biking, especially mountain biking, and began competing. Along the way she began a self defense class and fell in love with martial arts, leading to a 4th degree black belt. Next came competing in marathons… but as part of her quest to get stronger for marathoning, she stumbled across CrossFit.
