Overcoming Cancer with Jo White

Outdoor Hiking

We all must overcome difficulties and obstacles in our lives, it’s part of the human condition. Our guest today is Jo White, and his response to difficulties is nothing short of heroic. Jo is a 53-year-old adventure training instructor, fitness ambassador, a husband and a father. He is also a cancer sufferer. In 2014 Jo was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and had an operation to remove part of his bowel, liver, small intestine, and finally his entire pancreas. Then last year in 2019 he received news that he had a secondary tumor on his liver and was put on Chemotherapy for the rest of his life.

With his trademark slogan “Keep pushing, don’t ever give up” Jo has dedicated himself to raising awareness of cancer. His charity “365 Days of Action” kicks off in May of 2020, tune in to the show to learn more and please consider following Jo on his various platforms.
