My guest this week is Mark Lussier. Mark is a 64-year-old certified Master Fitness Instructor and Sports Nutritionist who specializes in helping men and women over 40 achieve their fitness goals. Mark has participated in numerous long-distance races and marathons and worked as a fitness instructor for the Connecticut Police Academy. Mark has had to overcome and persevere to be where he is now; he had a total of four knee replacements and two knee surgeries, as well as adrenal failure caused by life stressors compounded with his intense workouts.
