Our guest today is Grant Davis. Grant is 69 years old and the creator of the Aging Strong Method. He has a 40-year background in fitness and exercise performance and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, TRX, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, ViPR, Kettle Bell and Nesta Sports Nutrition. Grant is also in week 3 of his recovery from Covid-19, and has just started an initiative he’s calling Project 69, to help other’s in their 60s and 70s get in shape.
